Pull-Out and Demolition

The removal of an existing manufactured home involves disconnecting all utilities (water, sewer, electrical, gas), removing skirting and tie-down anchors, and extracting the unit from its site. In many manufactured home communities, the access corridors are narrow and the neighboring units are close — this is exactly the confined-space, precision-access environment that ELM specializes in. We perform the pull-out and demolition of the existing unit, including all debris removal and site clearance.

Delivery and Installation

New home delivery and installation includes site preparation and leveling to manufacturer specifications, placement of the new unit using appropriate equipment, precision leveling and blocking, installation of tie-down anchors to HUD standards, skirting installation, and complete utility hook-ups — water, sewer, and electrical connections to the community infrastructure.

Utility Infrastructure

Many manufactured home communities have aging water and sewer infrastructure that requires repair or replacement concurrent with home D&R projects.
